Not only did Carlos do a terrific job on everything he worked on, but — really, more importantly — we really enjoyed him being here for three days. Not only is he an artist at what he does (and I told him that, personally), but he’s a wonderful young man to be around. We could not be more pleased with the work he did. …as I’ve said before, we truly believe — and are proud of — that ours is a “Hands Inc House.” We believe it’s as solid as a rock.

I also appreciate the good manners and friendliness which mark the way both management personnel and construction crew members deal with homeowners. The company has completed several renovation projects on my home, an old home which has presented a number of thorny problems. I want to thank you and your crew, especially your brother, Ben, for all your help in finishing up my renovations on the Wintergreen house. When I bought this house it was a wreck and I was worried about the total cost of giving you permission to charge me by the hour with no assurance of my final price. Thankfully, your crew was extremely professional and did a great job and came in at the cost I expected. The new rear wall and windows are perfect. The new bathroom is also beyond my expectations.
